Join us every Sunday morning from 9:00–10:00 am for Kum Nye Yoga, a gentle and restorative practice offered in person at the Rime Buddhist Center Sangha House. This drop-in class is open to everyone and provides a welcoming space to relax, stretch, and reconnect with body and mind.
Kum Nye can be practiced safely by people of all ages and experience levels. These mindful movements and breathing exercises help ease stress, deepen awareness of the body, support meditation, and cultivate a more balanced and joyful way of living.
All are welcome, whether you are curious about meditation, seeking relaxation, or simply looking for a nourishing way to begin your Sunday. If you’re considering joining, please reach out to Andrea for more information.
