Evening Meditation Practice

Join us each Wednesday from 7:00–7:30 pm for a quiet and supportive evening meditation practice, offered in person at the Rime Buddhist Center. This short midweek gathering provides a peaceful opportunity to pause, settle the mind, and reconnect with your practice in the company of the sangha.

The session includes gentle guidance, periods of silent meditation, and traditional meditation prayers. Whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice, this simple and welcoming format makes it easy to join and benefit from practicing together.

Taking time to meditate in the middle of the week can help restore balance, reduce stress, and cultivate greater clarity and compassion in daily life. Everyone is warmly welcome.
