Join the Rime Sangha for a Nature Hike at Fleming Park! 🌿
We’re gathering on Saturday, June 14th at 10:00 AM for a mindful hike through the beautiful Lower Rock Ledges Loop at Fleming Park near Unity Village, Missouri. This 3.3-mile loop trail is moderately challenging and typically takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete. While it’s a popular spot for hiking and running, the trail also offers moments of peaceful solitude—perfect for a meditative walk in nature.

Trail Info: Dogs are welcome, but please keep them on a leash.
