Why is it important to have a spiritual teacher? How does one enter into such a relationship intelligently? When we rely on a spiritual teacher, we will know how to modify our behavior and will actually act in this way. Devoting oneself to a spiritual teacher is a practice much misunderstood in the West, yet fundamental to the tantric Buddhism of Tibet. This class will discuss what to look for in a Spiritual Teacher as well as how students can devote themselves to their teacher.
