Begin your week with a period of quiet reflection and meditation. Every Monday evening from 7:00–8:00 pm, the Rime Buddhist Center offers an online Zen meditation gathering open to anyone wishing to cultivate calm, clarity, and mindful presence.
Our practice follows the teachings of visiting Zen teacher Karen Maezen Miller and includes seated meditation, simple liturgy, and moments of shared silence. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this gentle and accessible format provides a supportive environment to settle the mind and return to the simplicity of awareness.
Practitioners are welcome to join from the comfort of home and participate in a community of meditators committed to regular practice.
