Half Day LGBTQIA+ Meditation Retreat

The Rime Center is offering a half day LGBTQIA+ retreat online and in person. It is free and open to the public. The format includes some mindful movement, a meditation, introductions and check-ins, a short talk, a mindful discussion, and end with a dedication of merit, closing Metta, and a dance party.
