Online Half-Day Meditation Retreat

Designed to be accessible for all levels of learning, each retreat will focus on developing shamatha (calm abiding). The retreats will focus on releasing ego clinging and training the mind in compassion through mindfulness meditation. Beginners are encouraged to attend. We will be observing noble silence throughout the retreat. Tea and bottled water will be provided.
Times: 9 a.m.–noon.
