Basics of Kum Nye – Online

Having trouble with your meditation? Mind too busy, body uncomfortable in the sitting posture? This course will introduce you to a method of working with the body to calm the mind; an ancient method that the first Nyingma teacher in America showed to his students in a modernized and easily accessible way. This method is known as Kum Nye (Ku mNye), also known as Tibetan Relaxation and Tibetan Yoga, and consists of slow movements, breathing and massage. This course is facilitated by teachers authorized by the Nyingma Institute, the place where this method was first shown in the West, and will have guest teachers Linda Sher and Andrea Dutt sharing unique perspectives.
