Unless otherwise noted, all classes meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:45pm – 9:00pm, with an optional meditation from 7:00pm – 7:30pm. Currently all classes are online and use Zoom for the meetings.

These classes are available to EVERYONE. We have “Suggested Fees,” however pay whatever you can afford for the class. Everyone is welcome! It is our hope that some will pay more to cover those who can’t afford the usual fee. We simply want everyone to have access to these wonderful classes. Choose “Pay at the Door” if you are unable to afford to class fee.

Basics of Kum Nye – Online

Having trouble with your meditation? Mind too busy, body uncomfortable in the sitting posture? This course will introduce you to a method of working with the body to calm the mind; an ancient method that the first Nyingma teacher in America showed to his students in a modernized and easily accessible way. This method is known as Kum Nye (Ku mNye), also known as Tibetan Relaxation and Tibetan Yoga, and consists of slow movements, breathing and massage. This course is facilitated by teachers authorized by the Nyingma Institute, the place where this method was first shown in the West, and will have guest teachers Linda Sher and Andrea Dutt sharing unique perspectives.
