Upcoming Class: The Four Immeasurables

This class is a combination of study and application of lovingkindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity. The four immeasurables are a traditional set of practices that open the heart, counter the distortions in our relationships to ourselves, and deepen our relationships to others.

Upcoming Holiday – Lha Bab Düchen

Upcoming Class: Sutra Study Sunday – Karaniya Metta Sutta

Join us as we explore the rich repository of Buddhist Sutras, both Pali Canon and Tibetan Kangyur every first Sunday of the month after the Sunday Service. We will be discussing the Karaniya Metta Sutta. The Karaniya Metta Sutta is a Buddhist scripture that teaches the practice of loving-kindness (metta).

Upcoming Class: Preparing for the Refuge Vows

Rime Sangha Hike – Swope Park

The Rime Sangha will be meeting up at Swope on Saturday September 16th at 10am for a hike through the park. We will be hiking the Wudchuk Run Loop which is a 2.2 mile loop trail and will be meeting at the parking lot near the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. Read more…
